While at enterprise I have helped increase our ESCI score to 96% by following through with customer satisfaction surveys. This led to our branch becoming #1 in month over month growth for 8 consecutive months. My push for sales and client satisfaction earned me Top Sales Rep for 6 months thereafter as a result on upsells with existing client base and tackling other low hanging fruit for fast results. Upon entry to the Enterprise team, I was selected to be 1 of 12 new hires to start at the Airport in their “Best of the Best” Program. The Airports high traffic meant a faster paced environment with thousands of customers weekly versus a regular few hundred at a branch. While at the Airport I was the highest sales performer for 6 out of 7 months. I also achieved highest leads in corporate sales which had a 80% close rate.
