  In my role as an Assistant Officer, my duties involved conducting comprehensive training sessions for both first year and senior students, I specialize in equipping individuals with the necessary skills to proficiently navigate the learning management system, Blackboard. The training covers a spectrum of topics, including but not limited to, Blackboard navigation, assessments, communication tools, accessing content, locating resources, and managing the ufs4life student email account. My responsibilities extend to enrolling students into Blackboard modules and support organizations, as well as uploading content onto Blackboard content areas. Ensuring the seamless functionality of Blackboard, I am proficient in setting and verifying content availability, test parameters, and assignment settings.
