 Assist in the compilation and confirmation of Methods of Verification with Target Owners; Assist in capacitating departments on validation and reporting processes; Monitor all registrations, completions uploaded on the system and ensure that evidence is uploaded within one week of data upload; Verify the authenticity, relevance, currency and sufficiency of evidence supporting performance results on a daily basis on the Indicium System; Prepare evidence required for DHET validation and ensure it is accessible and valid prior to its submission. Assist in the verification of the alignment of SETA reports to Strategic Plan, APP and budget documents; Verify the accuracy of data reported in QMR and APP; Verify the consistency of reporting in terms of quarterly performance results and cumulative performance results;  Verify the accuracy of data reported in QMR and APP in comparison with evidence pages. Ensure that the report is disseminated to all Target Owners within stipulated times; Assist in the facilitation of the sign off of reports and submission of quality assurance checklists by each Target Owner; Assist in the compilation of reports on the accuracy and validity of the W&RSETA reports as required.
