What can I say about Thembi? Well for starters, passion. Simple as really, it's clear as day from the moment you meet Thembi that she has a burning passion for helping others and a truly kind soul. It's not just her passion that makes her an amazing colleague however, it's also the drive you see in her everyday, her amazing sense of humour, her quirky personality and the wealth of life experience that has allowed her to become the woman she is today. Even after only working together for just over 3 months, I can wholeheartedly say that Thembi is an immensely valuable member of the team and someone you can always rely on to go the extra mile, often pulling in upwards of 20 hours overtime a week in order to help hit team targets and ensure our clients receive the level of care they deserve. There are no words to sum up Thembi other than this - she is simply extraordinary and a must-have for any team looking to achieve targets and build strong relationships. I hope we continue to work together for a long time to come, but should she move on one day I know that she will bring an enormous amount of skill, passion and potential into any new role she starts.
