Malcolm’s striking brilliance and ability to strategically apply his vast knowledge of operations (and far, far beyond!) made him an asset of utmost value to our immediate team and the company at large. He effortlessly balanced his core responsibilities with the slew of tasks that others far outside of his team threw at him, always confident that he would have a solution no matter how far out of his immediate area of expertise— and he did. Malcolm’s unmatched wit, creativity, dependability, and diligence have left an indelible impression on me, and I am envious of his future coworkers who will undoubtedly be inspired by such qualities as well.

Malcolm is exceptional in problem solving, and is so intellectually curious that it is infectious. His resilience is extraordinary - no matter what problems or challenges he encountered, he never dismisses them just because it falls out of his purview or if he doesn't have the subject matter expertise to address it. Rather, he makes time to understand exactly what the problem is, brainstorm a solution, and bring the best people together to solve the issue. Despite being the go-to person for many projects and requests, Malcolm ruthlessly prioritizes the tasks at hand, and makes sure to manage expectations with the different teams he works with. Definitely a pleasure working with a first class talent like Malcolm, and look forward to future collaborations!
