Highlights: Growth: Managed all operating functions of a 374 unit high occupancy volume timeshare. Overseeing 150+ employees with Department Managers for all Administrative, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Grounds, Front Desk, Customer Service, and Resort Activities reporting directly to my office. Grew with the property by 100 units completing new construction inspections, building punches and releasing new inventory for occupancy. Community and Government: Aggressively worked to improve local community relationships by attending P/R functions, serving and participating with the Chamber of Commerce, worked with local schools, met and worked with local County Commissioners and Rotary. Sales: Received Outstanding Performance and Dedication to Sales Department Awards in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2008. (Hill Country Resort Sales Offices doubled volume from 2004 to 2009.)
