I’m currently a student at Honolulu Community College. I’m on track to graduate with honors with an AAS in Fashion Technology in May 2022. I’m looking for either a part-time or full-time job that focuses on pattern grading and/or pattern making but am open to other opportunities as well, as I enjoy all aspects of the fashion industry. I am extremely proud to say that I was a part of the Smartsheet team and worked there during an amazing and crucial time for the company. I was the first specialist to be hired for the phone support team. I was the 166th employee at the company and was with them as they continued to quickly grow and announce our IPO. My duties at the company included but were not limited to answering customer emails and phone calls. My peers saw me as a ‘go to’ person for my knowledge of the product and personable communication skills that stood out, especially while on the phone with customers. Customers knew me as the voice of Smartsheet and would often ask to meet me when in town for conferences or training sessions. At our first Smartsheet Engage conference, I worked down on the floor helping customers who were participating in the conference and engaged in meaningful conversations about their businesses.
