  - Report to Senior Associate and Director.- Deal with 360 recruitment process.- Work closely with supervisors to determine hiring needs.- Mainly search and headhunt for mid level candidates.- Search and match qualified candidates with the client's needs through company database, social media channels and other resources.- Conduct resume screening and initial phone interview.- Post job ads and organize resumes and job applications.- Schedule interviews and keep calendars for clients and candidates.- Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations).- Follow up actions with candidates and clients regarding the results of their interviews.- Perform background checks and verify a candidate’s qualifications and experience.- Involve in giving advices at salary negotiation level to make sure win-win solution for clients and candidates.- Follow up with both sides after candidate placement and collect candidate personal information.- Build strong relationship with existing clients and sometimes arrange meeting with new clients.
