Working with Francesca is something precious. It's a joy to see how her brain can memorize things, numbers, she shares her knowledge and experience with passion and focus. Customer centric, she's dedicated to projects and brings ideas and initiatives. I warmly recommend her.

Francesca is an inspiring leader. I have watched her building an empire and have had the privilege to be a part of it. I have learnt so much from her also. Her attitude towards situations has taught me how to be stronger and adapt myself to situations quickly, yielding better results in my work. She continues to thrive in her work and help so many people become better versions of themselves.

As a result of my travels and experience training thousands of individuals across the globe, I co-fouded Lovebrain Ltd, a global Cognitive Performance Training and Research Company based in London. The Lovebrain Cognitive Performance programme is the most complete personal development programme on earth. It tackles focus, reading, processing and memory skills as well as mindfulness and cognitive rewiring. The aim of the Lovebrain live and interactive training programme is for each participant to master the latest neuroscience-based techniques that allow them to focus on demand, read 3x more effectively, process information more effectively and memorise anything with ease and retain it for as long as wanted (or needed). Thousands of people have participated to the Lovebrain Cognitive Performance Programme and reaped phenomenal results. Whilst training, Lovebrain is also a research company focused on how to improve and create even more unique tools and deliver them to those who are fascinated by improving their brain potential. We named the company Lovebrain because we believe that everyone deserves a brain they love.

My experience in Milan, Spain and in the USA inspired me to move to London, a city in which I could make a greater impact and learn from even more individuals.I started to run training courses specifically targeting high achievers who have great ambition and little time. During this period, I have worked with professionals in the Law, Healthcare, Banking, IT, Education sector as well as business owners looking to upskill and achieve greater productivity. It would sometimes happen that some of my clients, although highly achieving, never felt academically gifted or even struggled with learning difficulties or mental health conditions such as Dyslexia, ADHD, auditory processing disorder, Autism, Asperger and more.Working with thousands of individuals from different backgrounds allowed me to understand deeply and practically what one needs in order to improve their cognitive performance in a way that's personal and unique to the individual.

After learning and mastery Memory Techniques and speed reading tools that benefitted me, I spent 4 years Mentoring one to one individuals aged 6 to 80 interested in achieving better brain performance.During these years I have learnt how to tailor and develop new tools in order to help each individual achieve the aimed results.Working with both students and adults helped me realising how using cognitive performance tools can impact lives regardless of age, IQ or academic background.

My experience in Madrid, albeit brief, allowed me to learn Spanish and enlarge my understanding of the Spanish culture, whilst working and mentoring in a foreign language.

I spent 2014 and 2015 working in Milan and travelling to Florida to improve my English whilst researching more about brain performance in the United States. What I learnt in these years of travelling has impacted the view of my future as a trainer and gave me a unique edge.
