  As the Group Lead for MCC I act as the right hand to our production supervisor. Supervisory Responsibilities:• Carry out work schedules by assigning workers production line tasks.• Improve production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.• Identify and resolve production line problems in a timely manner.• Train, support, and lead 8 production lines.• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that orders are completed on time.• I enforce compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Duties/Responsibilities:• Lead line prepping for upcoming orders and confirm parts are in stock• Remove roadblocks from employees on assigned lines as needed• Assist supervisor and quality with corrective actions stemming from assigned lines• Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements• Assess incoming orders and setting up the production line accordingly.• I perform recordkeeping tasks, including inventory management and order tracking.• Work through my teams to maintain a fully operational, safe, and tidy work environment.• I am able to complete all line work, when necessary, well as QC checks to support the team• Report all personnel issues immediately to Supervisor or HR.• Lead by example in line with company culture, vision, and values Show less
