The ability that Chris had to rally his team behind him was remarkable, but what it really boiled down to was his leadership by example and through compassion. While the time was short, Chris easily became one of the most liked and admired people in our office. During weekly meetings, he consistently demonstrated his ability to think outside of the box, to see the bigger picture and always stuck up for his team's best interests. He'll definitely be missed!
