KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS: • Led a mentoring and youth leadership agency working across three school districts and in partnership with 22 high schools serving a diverse group of 70 youth annually. • Led post-recession turn-around effort; moved the organization from a deficit in 2009 to growth budget in 2012. Launched a $200,000 strategic growth campaign in 2014. • Ensured that the organization had the financial and human resources needed to achieve its mission; diversified funding sources and increased individual giving by 64 percent over five years. • Supported the organization through community loss, change and crisis. • Led program quality improvement planning and assessment; partnered with the University of Washington School of Social Work to develop a youth-based, participatory evaluation tool and implemented evaluation procedures to track outcomes and measure results.
