I met Thea some years ago when I started an important project for the implementation of one of our software's in Thea's organization. Thea was extremely welcoming for my colleagues and I, who were coming from different countries (Belgium, France, Ireland, Luxembourg and Tunisia) and new to the "dutch way of working". Her communication skills and constant readiness to help were upmost appreciated and efficient. Combined with her energic dedication and her result oriented mindset she has always been a facilitator for a smooth integration of people and teams. During these many years, I enjoyed working with Thea in all aspects of her PMO role.
