I provided support and business modelling for cost saving projects, restructuring, funding requirements and growth opportunities. I monitored and forecasted the UK’s daily cash requirements, ensuring compliance with lender covenants and working with limited working capital, whilst burning cash, prior to turnaround. I created medium term business plans and management information for trade credit insurers, suppliers and customers, to reflect cost savings initiatives and turnaround strategy. Show less

I continuously developed business information to ensure my fellow members of Executive Leadership made the best decisions for both the short and long term strategy of the global company. I developed the tax transfer pricing solutions for global intercompany trading, management fees and debt. I collected significant R&D cash credits following the initial application, subsequent refinements and negotiations with HMRC.
