I have worked closely together with Thayse during my assignment at ASML. She was responsible for the planning of interviews for our team and she had a huge work load. Nevertheless, she managed everything by herself and she did a extremely good job while managing all stakeholders involved such as hiring managers and suppliers. She was determined to become a recruiter for our team and it was no surprise at all that she achieved this goal within a short amount of time. Next to her warm personality she is a great multi-tasker and she is able to communicate on many different levels. Thayse is a true asset for ASML due to her personality and skills.
