Gained valuable kitchen experience working in this memory care facility in the midst of Covid. This was an incredibly fulfilling role, ensuring these memory care patients received nutritious and delicious meals and snacks every single day. Covid presented exceptional challenges that we had to learn to work around to still provide meals. Left this job in June 2020 to move to Colorado and pursue my degree.
