Pradeep and I worked together on the Tsunami Recovery Program of the American Red Cross in Sri Lanka. Pradeep is a very capable and committed project manager. His work ethic is second to none. He is resourceful, smart, a quick learner and consistently produces high quality work. He is a strong individual contributor as well as an inspiring project leader. Pradeep managed a number of water and sanitation projects in a partnership with Rotary International and, upon successful completion, worked with me on developing a practical management system to monitor project work plans and financial progress. This system and his support were crucial to the American Red Cross's ability to complete it's water sanitation program on time and on budget. In the time I worked with him, I found Pradeep to be someone who had a wide range of skills who easily picked up new ideas and concepts. In addition to his intelligence and his drive, his personality is one which allows him to fit in easily in any group situation. I would recommend Pradeep for any role, and would look forward to the opportunity to work with him again some day.
