Ko Than Win's impeccable design thinking and determination to get things done, contributed much in launching impactful products to our smallholder farmers. I have witnessed first hand through product research trips on how his humility and curiosity really opened up a lot of conversations with our clients. These became very insightful for us to learn their behaviours and really tailored our products across myriad crop patterns, geographic regions as well as customer segments. If you hear a voice debating in the corridor, that's Ko Than Win firing up with his passion and that really made the whole working experience with him lively. He made sure the collaborative nature meanwhile progressing the projects on time when we were delivering our core banking system. As it came with all projects management and we may have faced into road blocks, having Ko Than Win by your side meant a lot as he had worked out feasible alternative solutions together with the team. It was a pleasure to have him with us.
