Having the opportunity to work alongside Tim, and being his mentee, for two years was extremely beneficial - especially given it was during my first years out of college. His drive, passion for improving the business, and overall positive energy is, frankly, unmatched. Tim provides an outstanding combination of soft and hard skills - an outgoing, positive personality and an impressive set of quantitative skills. His work ethic is contagious and will bring the absolute best out of his colleagues and direct reports alike across any organization.

I worked very closely with Tim from May 2018 to August 2018. We collaborated on a number of projects during my internship, including a project that explored a significant supply chain innovation. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Tim, and felt that he was extremely positive for my development as a young professional. He was patient and attentive as he taught me about the business, the project/innovation, and gave advice on how to navigate corporate structures. While working on a project or task, Tim is incredibly focused on doing the right thing for the organization. But it was clear that he was also focused on my professional development and wanted the best for me long-term. He displayed this by consistently challenging me to broaden my thinking, and setting a positive example with his work ethic. He was tough, but fair, and I knew he would never ask anything of me that he would not do himself. One example of this was when he insisted that I present my work on the project to middle management in the sales & supply chain group; even though I was extremely nervous to do so! I received a lot of positive feedback after the presentation, and I walked away feeling much more confident in my presentation skills for next time. I realized soon after that he wanted me to present in order to give me exposure to management, allow me to take credit for my work, and to sharpen my presentation skills. Overall, I feel lucky that I got to work closely with Tim and recommend him as a manager & leader for anyone who is interested in being challenged, and consequently growing in their career.
