Finish the work and make it better is his philosophy. Catching up with the new technology and apply to finish a better project is always in his radar. Thang is very hard working and very much focused on the task at hand. When I became stuck on a bug or design issue his technical skills made it possible to know what the next route should be to solve the problem. His ability to build solutions and solve problems became a real asset when our staffing situation on the project changed. He stepped up when a developer left the project and lead the implementation of several important modules. He was easy to work with and I would like to work with him on future projects.
