  i. Recruitment + Responsible for the recruitment of Non - Executive to Senior Executive level positions. Assisted the HR Manager for the recruitment of more senior level positions. ii. Labor Supply + Responsible for screening and allocating foreign workers to suitable departments as well as ensuring that all workers provided meet the requirements and are compliant of the regulations set by the governing authorities. + In charge to handle all grievances and disciplinary issues that arise. iii. Industrial Relations + Handle and assists the HR Manager with IR cases. Responsible for drafting Show Cause, Suspension, Reminder, Warning and/or Termination letters as well as leading investigations throughout cases. Experienced in conducting Domestic Inquiries (DI). + To conduct exit interviews. iv. Training + Conducted 3 day Staff Orientations twice monthly. + Conducted basic customer service training and workshops for all new employees. v. Other Achievements + Assigned by the General Manager to be responsible in preparing the 2015 manpower plan and budget due to the absence of a HR Manager at the time. + Successfully recruited over 80 Non - Executive positions within the span of 5 months for the expansion of the new Nickelodeon water park.
