Raymond Vineyards has grown a lot under proprietor Jean-Charles Boisset. With certified organic and biodynamic vineyards at our Rutherford and St. Helena estate and 100% of the winery's power coming from solar, Raymond has pushed the envelope for wine education and sustainability in Napa Valley. As Enologist, I have been responsible for translating the desires of the winemaker to the lab and cellar staff, determining work-flow, designing and implementing interactive spreadsheets for project management, staffing the lab, tracking and implementing QC programs, screening wines and assisting with blending, and assisting with trade and educational tastings.
