Especially, GRN (Good’s Receipt Note) is done for all Expendables, Consumables, Rotable, Calibrated Tools & Equipment’s, Electric & Electronic and Miscellaneous including operators Tires, Carbon Heat Stack and Spares also checkout of FAA Form 8130-3, EASA Form, DGCA CA Form 1, Certificate of Conforms and MSDS for consumables.  Maintaining the store facilities like a Bonded, Quarantine, Tire, Consumable Stores as per the Manufacturer Instruction and store procedure manual (SPM).  Responsible for carrying out of Tags likes Serviceable Tag (Yellow color), Un Serviceable Tag (Red color), Identification Tag (Blue color), Repairable Tag (Pink Color), Un Salvageable Tag (Orange color) and Component Hold Tag (Violet color).  Responsible for maintaining Registers like GRN Register, Stores IN/OUT Register, Tire ON/OFF Register, Tire Rotation Register, Calibration Monitoring Register, Tools Issue Register, Humidity Register, Consumable Tracking Register and Shelf Life Register.  Responsible for maintaining Humidity Register as per manufacture requirements, as like maintain Tire Rotation Three months ones as per manufacture instruction and safety procedure manual.  Maintain a high level of safety within the Stores. Standard operating procedure, safety standards and regulations.
