Job Responsibilities: • Completely responsible for the execution and commissioning of the entire Plumbing & Sanitation and Fire Fighting system, for the entire project. • Co-ordination with Architects and Consultants for installation of the system. • Inspection of sites for monitoring of works progress and to verify the quality of works/installations. • Helping in preparation of Shop drawings and preparation of integrated services drawings. • Planning and progress monitoring of Plumbing and Fire Fighting, installations. • Co-ordination with site engineers / supervisor and services sub-contractors. • Maintaining Quality checklists for works. • Conducting meetings with sub contractors for works progress. • Co-ordination with MEP & Architects for services installations special requirements allocation. • Inspection of sites for monitoring of works progress and to verify the quality of works/installations. • Managing site documentation and material procurement follow up. • Liaising with the Main contractors / client engineers • Conducting meetings with services sub contractors for works progress • Formulating testing & commissioning procedures for services installation and execution.
