  1) In charged with several processes in contact lens manufacturing such as Polymerization, Auto Demold and Lens Inspection System in all machines (AOI Machine, Auto Demold Machine and Seal Pack Machine). 2) Coordinated with Equipment Engineer on yield improvement project at Auto Demold Machine such as implementation of new designed press head and machine linear track. 3) Analyzed escapees and overkills trend in AOI program, worked with machine vendor to optimize AOI performance for 0 critical escapee and maximize yield performance. 4) Worked closely with vendor to establish AOI program to reduce edge defect and scratch overkill up to 7% and 2% respectively. 5) Established newly restructured AOI program in collaboration with vendor at Seal Pack Machine Vision System and eliminated Missing Lens escapees. 6) Revived the usage of Vision System at Auto Demold Machine with implementation of new camera and lightning system and maintained yield rate up to 99.8%. 7) Experienced in set up new machine such as Polymerization Oven, Auto Demold Machine, AOI and several machine vision system, performed process validation and software validation to ensure smooth production. 8) Initiated up to 10 different pattern of Color Contact Lens inspection in AOI Machine to reduce manpower on manual lens inspection, maximize output and improve on cycle time.
