No início deste ano a Thalita me convidou para realizar um processo de Coaching Profissional, como um de seus primeiros clientes. Sem pensar duas vezes aceitei mergulhar nessa experiência, na qual não sabia o que esperar. No meu caso o processo de Coaching teve foco em um projeto específico que eu estava liderando. Thalita, com todo o seu know-how de Psicóloga, recrutadora, desenvolvedora de pessoas, etc., já na primeira sessão me ajudou a clarear, através de diversos questionamentos, quais eram os meus principais objetivos. A partir da segunda sessão realizamos diversas atividades, que de forma surpreendente me fizeram enxergar obstáculos e oportunidades que desconhecia. O processo não é simples e muito menos fácil, mas Thalita fez com que todas as etapas fossem prazerosas. Admito que em determinada sessão disse a ela: "Você acabou com a minha vida! Não terei tempo de fazer tudo isso até o final do projeto!". De forma surpreendente eu consegui! Na minha experiência o processo de Coaching foi um sucesso, muito mais pelo conhecimento interno que ele me proporcionou do que pelo objetivo alcançado. Agradeço a Thalita por ter me convidado para viver essa experiência incrível de autoconhecimento e desenvolvimento pessoal/profissional!
