Working at the museum involved public speaking skills, working with visitors and students. I created and facilitated tours on a specific biology topic of my choosing (insects and their importance). In addition to giving out tours I was a facilitator in the discovery room where I discussed important scientific topics such as; conservation, anthropology, paleontology as well as handled invertebrates (Madagascar hissing cockroaches and African millipedes) Working at the museum involved public speaking skills, working with visitors and students.
