- Since Jan/22 responsible for creating and structuring the events area. Coordination and implementation of actions such as Beach Cleaning (Mutirões) together with the Ministry of the Environment (MMA) and local partners, planning and execution of the fairs Fesqua (Sep/22) focused on window frames and Waste Expo (Oct/22) focused on waste management waste and environment. - Pandemic: Launch of the Vidro Certo portal (www.vidrocerto.org.br) focused on end consumers and architects, bringing knowledge and explanatory videos about applications in text. Every strategy was made to be totally organic. After 1 year of launch (Aug 2021) we are 15% above the metrics designed in 2020. - Launch of the É Puro É Vidro Portal, in March 2021, focused on bringing content about sustainability, recycling and a blog with relevant interviews with our associates about glass packaging and often its curiosities. For the 1st year, the strategy was to maintain 80% organic and 20% boosted, in less than 1 year we managed to reach 100% of the designed metric. - 2019: - Restructured the communication and marketing area, bringing innovation, agility and implementation of processes. - Designed and implemented the strategic planning of the communication and marketing area in the flat glass and hollow glass channels. Plan The plan included action plans for PR, social media, apps, sponsorships and events. - Managed and implemented the content area for associates and society. Strengthening the presence on social media and on the institutional website. There was a 25% increase in unique visitors on the institutional website and 30% on the LinkedIn page. - Developed a training plan for the Abividro team with the board. The training included knowledge about the values of the sport (Rugby) making an analogy to each person's daily life and, in a second moment, focusing on Communicative Competence (when, how and why to speak or listen).
