      - Since Jan/22 responsible for creating and structuring the events area. For the 1st year, the strategy was to maintain 80% organic and 20% boosted, in less than 1 year we managed to reach 100% of the designed metric. - 2019: - Restructured the communication and marketing area, bringing innovation, agility and implementation of processes. - Designed and implemented the strategic planning of the communication and marketing area in the flat glass and hollow glass channels. Plan The plan included action plans for PR, social media, apps, sponsorships and events. - Managed and implemented the content area for associates and society. Strengthening the presence on social media and on the institutional website. There was a 25% increase in unique visitors on the institutional website and 30% on the LinkedIn page. - Developed a training plan for the Abividro team with the board. The training included knowledge about the values ​​of the sport (Rugby) making an analogy to each person's daily life and, in a second moment, focusing on Communicative Competence (when, how and why to speak or listen).
