When I originally joined TecBan, she was in my indirect team, reporting to the Marketing Manager, who soon after left the company to move to a different country. From the very good interactions I had already had with Thais in a very short time, I knew that she was the right person to fill the vacancy, and she has taken off in her career since then, always due to her excellent merits.
