I have high regard for Thaddeus' ability and dedication to his students. Most impressive about Thaddeus has been his willingness to take on leadership roles. He has worked collaboratively with his peers in the development and refinement of curriculum while sharing his expertise in the use of technology as a means to improve the relevancy and rigor of student learning.

I had Thaddeus in my UConn learning theories course, and he was an outstanding student. He participated and was a leader in all of our online discussion board activities, and he performed at the highest levels on all of his written assignments. In addition, he was a valued member of the collaborative groups in which he participated, based on comments he received from his classmates. Overall, Thad has my highest personal recommendation!

Initially shared teaching duties with a master teacher, but assumed complete control of a high school level Bridge ESL major course. From the start, taught an ESL minor course individually. For both classes, designed daily lessons. Lived with students as dorm advisor and coached soccer. Enjoyed the cosmopolitan mix of a 65% foreign student body.
