I joined SweetSpot close to the initial startup of the company. Being recently acquired by Dexcom, the company faced many challenges. One of them was delivering the 1st product to Dexcom on time. Success includes reducing findings of internal and external audits from 3 majors to just 1 minor. This was accomplished by implementing a comprehensive training process of Verification Protocol drafting and execution. Releasing a product with little to no severe defects by testing requirements in parallel with targeted ad-hoc approach. Show less

nResult (formerly PCTest) has been involved in hardware and software testing since 1990. I join the company as a QA Test Engineer in 2008 right when PCTest moved to a new facility near downtown Vancouver, Washington and adopted the nResult name. I quickly started leading and managing my own projects a few months later. Acting as a seamless extension of clients facilities and teams, we were able to establish labs with the hardware and testing tools required for their specific needs. I would become an integral part of our client's internal development and testing cycle. Show less
