My QA duties include but not limited to:• Managing QCs and ensuring FSMS in production is in accordance the system and retailer requirements.• Verify production records submitted by the QCs• Ensure practices in production are in line with documented FSMS requirements. • Ensure communication of systems and implementation of systems through meetings and training. • Monthly trends on Micro results and customer complaints. • Lead the mock recall team. • VACCP and TACCP team leader.• Lead audits (Both internal and external audit)• Accompany regulatory inspectors for quarterly audits (i.e Kosher, HALAAL, DAFF.• Report to the MD on the status of system (Reviews).• Training QCs on new implemented procedures, completion of process sheets & CCPs.
