I started the IT Analytics analysis alone and ended up with a 8 people team with mixed skills (data scientists, BI analysts and data… Show more I was responsible for building up analysis that would give stakeholders the visibility on our end-user’s experience, like our CX index for each service, NPS, and technology adoption rates. I did that mostly by doing deep-dive data analysis, creating and investigating hypothesis, A/B testing on solutions, proposition of action plans, and building dashboards. I started the IT Analytics analysis alone and ended up with a 8 people team with mixed skills (data scientists, BI analysts and data engineers). My squad was on Agile methodology, and we were able to quickly identify the issues and test solutions. My main two achievements were: to set up the monitoring of NPS and end-user services experience and the use of Microsoft Graph API data to calculate technology adoption in all countries. That last one was key during the COVID-19 period, were we were able to increase adoption on “working from home” technologies up to 80% when comparing Jan-May/2020. We used the data to segment our employees and propose personalized training solutions, in partnership with Microsoft, Avanade and Accenture.
