  Thomas Humphreys initially joined Dudley Child as a 6 week placement student from Leeds Trinity University. To start with, we gave Tom a research task to complete, which was aimed at understanding our position in the market compared to our competitors. Following this, we gave Tom further research tasks to complete such as compiling relocation packs for recently placed candidates - these would include house prices, an overview of local schools, crime statistics etc. Tom set about these tasks with enthusiasm and demonstrated an ability to think on his feet.As Tom worked his way into to the team, we progressively gave him further responsibility until he was eventually working as a Recruitment Resourcer where he was tasked with locating candidates for very specialist technical roles.So good was his work, that we offered Tom a part time role and he continued working with us for a number of months until his workload at Uni became to much.I would highly recommend to Tom to anyone looking to recruit a determined, hardworking graduate.
