HUMAN RESOURCE RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment - To recruit the qualified personnel for each department based on the personnel requisition form approved by the divisional head and General Manager. - To develop and implement recruitment and screening systems and procedures in order to attract the most qualified candidates for position vacancies in the hotel. C&B - To monitor and review the hotel’s benefits and compensation levels and recommend any appropriate changes - To in charge of payroll for all staff including expats to ensure timely, accurate and efficient payroll process - To record personal income tax , family tax reduction and PIT finalization report - To periodically report to Social Department Insurance for employee social, health & Unemployment insurance. - To follows up performance evaluation: end probation, renew contract, yearly appraisal - To propose year on bonus, employee of the month Policies & procedures - To be responsible for the formulation, recommendation and implementation of hotel policies and procedures. - To maintain and update policies and procedures and other human resources matters - To prepare and submit periodic reports to GM/ Director of Villa Song Saigon as well as for management’s use in accordance with hotel and government requirements such as salary scales, manning guide, etc… ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES - To prepares daily meal for staff - To maintains the filing system of the Human Resources Manager - To types/ translates/ Issues documents issued by Human Resources Manager - To be responsible for labor report including local & expat - To be responsible for public order report by quarterly - To keeps record of all hotel items issued to the staff such as uniform, nametag, locker and etc…. - To keeps record all leave application of staff such as annual, sick, public holiday, overtime... - To be follow up Visa, Work permit, and Temporary Residence card for expat Show less
