I had the great privilege to work with Thérèse during my time at H&M Group. Since I was new to both H&M Group and the business processes around Size, Therese took time from a very busy schedule and gave me a 6-moths education that I will have with me in other roles moving forward. Her patience and understanding of recipient's level of knowledge and how to communicate was excellent, this was not only visible during the training it was also noticeable when complex business scenarios needed to be explained to users that did not have the in-depth knowledge about size. It was a pleasure to work with Thérèse, one of my favourite co-workers I have had as she, could think strategically but act tactical, act as a leader without imposing her own view and a very fun and easy person to work with.

Stationed in Hong Kong between 2011-2013 Therese worked as a Project Leader for Bra Fit and Comfort Project, reporting directly to me. I have had pleasure of having Therese as a team member. It has been a great experience to work with her and to follow her successful achievements and carrier development. Her commitment to the assignments, deliverables' and deadlines has been impressing and not least impressing was her loyalty to the company and costumer focus. Therese is strong, open minded and positive person. She is creative, innovative and is always looking for new ways of doing and learning. Her direct and open approach resulted in respect, great understanding and cooperation not only among me and her, but also among all the parties she cooperated during her stay in Hong Kong.
