Jetty Marine Area (Saipem) and Building Mechanical Completion System Owner at Handover/Turnover (System Completion) Department Key Achievements: - Coordinated system and subsystems based on priorities together with construction and commissioning department, orchastrated each discipline responsible to reach key milestones. - Delivered $10 M payment milestones regarding Marine Area Jetty1-2-3 for %90 complition. - Led subcontractors in order to respect the contract and received final documentation. - Delivered 8 Unit Substation Buildings in order to Building Mechanical Completion milestone for $7 M. - Activated the nominated responsibles for closing the punches together with punch list coordinator, check readiness at field and closed them with client. - Contributed >%10 effort optimization to reach mechanical completion milestones. - Organized final walkdowns to open work front and paved the way for commissioning activities. - Created daily basis status reports and driven weekly meetings with connection of management and subcontractors.
