I worked as site engineer and control engineer on different phases of the projects mentioned under accomplishments below; Accomplishments: • Nef 03K / Control Engineer Scope of the project is to complete the end to end production of multiple residential buildings which has 47500 square meter indoor area. My responsibilities were auditing the production against the requirements, preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, performing quantity take-off for progress payments. • Nef 09 / Site Engineer Scope of the project is to complete the end to end production of two-block residential buildings which has 44000 square meter indoor area. I was responsible for auditing the production against the requirements, sub-contractor management and performing quantity take-off for monthly progress payments, during the basic structure phase of the project. • Volkswagen Showroom / Site Engineer My responsibilities were auditing the production against the requirements, sub-contractor management and controlling the quantity take-off measurements and monthly progress payments, during the basic structure and finishing work phases of the project. . • Centrum Garden / Site Engineer Project consist of Hotel, residential and commercial sections which have a total of 90000 square meter in door areas, 5 blocks built on a 3-floor car park area. As Optimal Construction, our responsibility was project coordination, auditing the production against the requirements, quality assurance activities and preparing monthly progress payment reports.
