Team: 2 project managers, 2 BAs, 10 Volunteers, 2 web developers (the online resource was created to help youth entrepreneurs to obtain financial skills, to support the new businesses with professional help from the accountant and the financial adviser. - Project "Improve Finance Literacy" (2008) for students and their parents. More than 1000 students took part in the project to obtain different educational materials including a series of workshops to help them increase their financial knowledge and skills. - Five-year Program financed by USAID (‘’Youth and Power’’, ‘’Create Your Future’’,’’ Legal Security’’) to attract university graduates to the processes of state-building in the region by providing internships in regional and local state administrations and municipalities. As a Program Manager, I developed the Business Case and Project Management Plan. I presented the program in front of the USAID Steering Committee and got their approval for funding.
