Ik heb de afgelopen jaren met heel veel plezier met Tetske gewerkt. Als marketing manager bij Helpling werd ze behoorlijk in het diepe gegooid, maar ze heeft alle uitdagingen en kansen aangegrepen. Ze werkt zelfstandig, stelt haar eigen doelen, communiceert helder en is een echte doorzetter. Ze werkt doelgericht en ze laat zich ook bij tegenslag niet snel uit het veld slaan. Ze is nieuwsgierig, altijd bezig met verbetering en staat daarnaast ook open voor feedback van anderen. Ze heeft veel projecten vanaf scratch opgezet en onze marketing met veel experimenteren naar een hoger niveau gebracht!

Tetske is een hele fijne manager. Ten eerste is er duidelijke en snelle communicatie, dit zorgt voor een zeer efficiënte manier van werken. Ten tweede zijn de deadlines die Tetske opstelt haalbaar en realistisch, hierdoor is er voldoende tijd om te werken aan projecten, waardoor het beste resultaat behaald kan worden. Ten derde is er altijd ruimte voor vragen indien eventuele werkzaamheden onduidelijk zijn. Tetske weet waar ze het over heeft en op welke manier ze haar doel wil bereiken, altijd doelgericht en hands-on aan de slag! Daarnaast is Tetske enorm behulpzaam, geduldig en begripvol, ik ben dankbaar voor de werkervaring met Tetske als mijn manager. Dankzij Tetske heb ik ontzettend veel geleerd, waarbij ze me de ruimte en het vertrouwen bood om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan met projecten.
