I had the pleasure to mentor Teto during his time working at i2i Events. Teto is an increadibly smart young professional, curious and eager to learn he mastered the founds entails of a very technical and complex industry in the matter of weeks. Teto has a natural skill for selling, he understand his clients needs and he comes through with interesting ideas to deliver value to the customer. During the time I worked with Teto he continuously seeked to take on more responsabilities and he thrived whenever he had his own projects to manage. Teto is an excellent sales person but I am sure he will be successful in any role.

Responsible for creating a vibrant and distinctive culture for young people to learn in. One, which meets both the needs of the national curriculum as well as meeting all departmental standards. Created a culture of learning that raises students standards and attainment by using formative assessments and differentiating work effectively. Average attainment level increased for all classes I have taught. Received a teacher and learner responsibility for setting up the Duke of Edinburgh Award at the school, 30 bronze participants in pilot year. Created a fully costed funding proposal and will lead initial lowland expedition training as well as training to deliver final expedition elements and volunteering section of DofE. Proactively implemented a sustainability policy at the school without a remit, which involved organising the recycling facilities with the council, establishing the school council's 'eco-warriors' to serve as a representative student cross-section of the school, delivered assemblies to 1500+ students and workshops to 100+ staff in order to raise awareness of the issues and created student awards that all staff can issue in order to keep the momentum of the changes. Worked with East London Rape Crisis in order to organise healthy relationship sessions with the students, touching on important focal points such as consent and wellbeing. This also extends to organising workshops with staff on spotting early signs of domestic abuse. Also organised to run an eco art project for year 9 students with world renowned artist that has exhibited at the V&A museum. This is a 5 session workshop with activities ranging from litter mindfulness, object handling sessions, creating a large scale art piece and exhibiting in Erith gallery. Show less
