I have joined the boat 1,5 year before delivery. I was responsible for: boat full set up – identified direct suppliers and placed orders for all interior equipment: guest crockeries, cutleries, glasses, service items, interior accessories, laundry, housekeeping- crew and guest areas, service- buffet, pantries equipment, crew mess, and as well cleaning products, crew and guests cosmetics; worked close with the Owner – made regularly presentations, as well worked with the Designer Team and Project Manager for items selections and storage solution in the guest quarters for a good functionality; custom uniform selection and purchase - identified the suppler, worked with the uniform designer for unique uniform design; floor and furniture covers project, plexiglass project, full interior team recruitment process and training; involved with all subcontractors in overseeing interior construction and participated at the commissioning and acceptance of ready areas.; first boat provisioning, sea trial, store distribution and allocation; implementing the interior running system; financial reports; create check lists for HSK, service, laundry and Spa; organising and supervising boat detailing and daily maintenance/ protection; prepare and set up the boat for the first Owner Trip.
