I had the chance to work with Tetiana for the organization of the "Local Responsible Forum" event. Because of COVID-19 Breakdown, we had to organize the event online, which has not been tried before. Despite all the uncertainties and last-minute problems, Tetiana facilitated the change management smoothly and directed the organization process punctiliously. As a trainer, she was also very successful in "Problem Solving" and "Needs Assessment" sessions that we delivered together. It was my pleasure to work with her.
