  A major element of my role during this time was to devise strategies to tackle challenges of dynamic market. I successfully expanded the work programme of the Local Authority Pension Fund Forum (LAPFF). Achievements during this time included:☛ Led engagement resulting in first board supported UK institutional shareholder resolutions to two oil majors.☛ Increase in LAPFF membership from 39 to 81 and assets under management from £80 billion to £300 billion.
