Tessa is hands down one of the most fantastic and interesting people I have had the pleasure of working with. She brought fun into our team and was always there to lend support, give advice, and keep us endlessly entertained with stories of her journalist days. Tessa is always full of ideas and energy that fuel the people around her, she has an innate ability to bring people together and garner trust immediately, this, plus being incredibly analytical and data driven, give her the perfect skills for product management. I think being a former journalist fuels Tessa’s curious and inquisitive nature, she is interested in everything, always wants to learn and tends to be able to ask the right questions and gather the right information to tell a great story, and convey to people what needs to be done in a clear, smart and engaging manner. I think Tessa is a brilliant Product Manager, but I also truly believe she could turn her hand to just about anything and make it a success. I already miss working with her and wherever she decides to go next, they will be very lucky to have her!
