  I currently work within a complex needs school. I work with children aged between 4-19. I work predominantly with children who have complex behaviour needs. Working with children who need 1:1 or 2:1 support. I support the teacher to prepare and carry out lessons planned. Part of my role includes medicine management, ensuring the administration of medicine is carried out correctly safely and following correct protocols. I also do some administration work Logging essential information. I am DBs cleared and have an NVQ level 2 in teaching assistant
