  In July 2020 I was elevated to Senior Associate of our Commercial, Corporate and Property Department. Whilst my overall practice areas continue to cover the entire scope of the department, a key focus of my practice is in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Structuring and Body Corporate Law. The world of M&As is fast paced and unpredictable at times, requiring quick thinking and swift actions. On the contrary, I find corporate structuring to be delicate and intricate, requiring patience, stamina and precision in drafting. General commercial matters (such as business transactions, commercial leasing, general business policy drafting, B2C agreement drafting, licensing arrangements, general advice and so forth) always provide a great variety in my day to day work. I enjoy the vast array of matters you deal with in commercial and business law. Body Corporate Law is a unique practice area that I am very fond of. It is a practice area quite often overlooked or misunderstood; however, I find it refreshing and fulfilling. I enjoy representing a variety of different clients by assisting them to better administer and regulate their Body Corporate or overcome disputes successfully. Show less
