Tessa and I worked together in a sales and consulting team where she was the team leader and a personal mentor. I was very lucky to have the opportunity to work with her as she constantly exceeded her targets thus motivating the team towards high performance. She has great leadership and people skills and great at delivering excellent customer service. She certainly has a lot to offer. Tessa has my full recommendation and I believe she’ll be a great asset to an organisation.

I have had the opportunity to work with Tessa over her 4 years at Sheffield Hallam, were I have witnessed her perform to high standards both in a group together and individual. Tessa is always ready to offer her advice and knowledge and is every good at motivating those around her to get work done. She also always achieves high grade in every assignment she has done.

Rhino Media Group are the largest independent, out of home, in store digital media signage and advertising company in the UK. Key responsibilities consisted of: -Identifying and approaching new prospective clients. -Exceeding sales targets and K.P.I's -Taking real ownership of developing the business. -Communicating with business owners to convert leads into sales. Due to this role being self employed, I was also hugely responsible for managing my own diary and own time. These skills will provide me with excessive customer service, communication skills and an insight on digital marketing within independent retailers. Unfortunate;y had to leave position in order to continue studies at University.

Spent my industrial placement year working for Collaborative Inc (no longer operating)- a sales and marketing outsourcing company. It was through this position, that i acquired huge knowledge on the sales industry specifically the face to face event sales. Key responsibilities consisted of: -Working closely with campaign marketing managers in events to drive sales and brand awareness for clients. -Completing the foundational sales training. -Gaining interpersonal skills and mastering all levels of leaderships. -Gaining grips with consumer behaviour. -Breaking comfort zones, improving personal growth. -Involved with recruiting and training other employees to reach targets. Due to mastering all the above skills, i developed a team of 10+ people where our sales and results collectively generated our client £31,200 of revenue in one year. This was hugely rewarding for myself and the team- especially since the role was based off 100% commission.

A couple weeks of unpaid work experience as a Receptionist. Here, I turned up on time presented professionally completing tasks such as arranging and cancelling appointments, answering the phonecalls and ensuring that all customers know of any current promotions available. I remained positive and provided a constant quality standard of customer service throughout. A couple weeks of unpaid work experience as a Receptionist.
