Summer Trainee

My position was in Research and Development (R&D) department in Wärtsilä Marine segment. In general, I took part in designing and creating of description documents. I took part of creating combined model that consisted GT-Power and Simulink. I also simulated the model and documented the results. Working languages were English and Finnish.

I worked in downstream processing as a packer in paper mill. I took care of the operation of the packaging of the paper reels and function of the packing machines. Oxy-fuel-cutter

I worked as oxy-fuel-cutter and process operator in smelting plant at Outokumpu, in Tornio plant. My duty was to move the billets from production line to their next destinations and to modify the billets sizes coming from the continuous casting machine. I also took samples and sent them to laboratory. Fork lift and lifters was used in daily basis. I was working in three shifts.
