I have come to know Tess as a true leader: she always fought hard to equip her team with the tools, access and resources needed to deliver best-in-class client experiences. Moreover, she strived to develop each one of us according to our interests, skills and aspirations. Regardless of your position or rank, Tess was always very approachable for everyone in her team and beyond: if there was a problem or uncertainty, you could simply talk with her and she would provide guidance and support.
